Please let me know if I can be of assistance in supporting the EPED aspect of the negotiation. I realize that an ever smaller percent of the FTE's in madison participate in EPED positions therfore limiting the urgency to negotiate for increases. We are in a crisis situation when it comes to getting and retaining coaches and advosors in our buildings. It may be appropriate to once again (as we did nearly a decade ago)do a survey of hours and responsibilities related to equipment, # of participants, out of season programs, # of games etc. This is how we reached the $ values tha tare currently linked to the first step increases. Thanks, Steve Filippone
